Pam Ball: Web & Graphic Designer/Marketing Specialist/Digital Brand Manager

Pam Ball

Pam Ball is the unstoppable creative force behind Pam Ball Designs, where she takes businesses to new heights with innovative web design, branding, and marketing strategies that truly shine. Pam and Heather first crossed paths over a decade ago when Pam crafted Heather’s very first website for her catering venture, Heather’s Heydayz. That spark turned into a lasting collaboration, and they’ve been dominating the digital space ever since!

Not only does Pam design and continually update Heather the Hurricane’s website, but she also manages all of Heather’s marketing materials—from eye-catching business cards to event flyers, open house listings, and new property promos. Pam is the mastermind behind Heather’s social media presence, expertly navigating Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google, Zillow, Rate My Agent, and HomeSnap. Plus, Pam ensures Heather’s bi-weekly newsletters and mailings are always on-brand and ready to engage her audience with top-tier content.

But that’s not all—Pam and Heather power up dynamic, live ads on Facebook, Instagram, Google, and Waze, consistently outshining market averages! These high-performance ads drive massive traffic and put Heather’s listings front and center, leading to impressive close rates and serious buyers. Together, they make sure Heather’s properties stand out and get noticed.

When she’s not crafting digital masterpieces, Pam lives a full and vibrant family life. She’s happily married to her husband, Tom, and they share five sons, seven grandchildren, and their 16-year-old son, Parker, still at home. You’ll often catch Pam cheering on Parker at football games, whipping up new recipes and treating her loved ones to mouthwatering meals, or getting creative with DIY projects—from home decor to jewelry and even diamond dot art. Pam has recently taken up country line dancing and joined a local walk club to stay active and have fun. She’s also a passionate gardener and loves solving puzzles in her downtime.

Beyond her professional and personal life, Pam gives back to her community with boundless energy. As the Director of Recreation for three local townships, Pam ensures that the community thrives. She volunteers with organizations like Adventure Grove, a nonprofit providing inclusive play experiences for children of all abilities, and actively supports her local Booster Club, school district, and church. Pam is truly dedicated to making her community and the world a better place!

“Every day is a new opportunity to get stronger, eat better, live healthier, and become the best version of YOU!”

I’m a gym rat—fitness is my passion, and I’m totally obsessed! 💪 It’s all about discipline, consistency, and unlocking that inner strength. But I’m not just about the weights—I’m a Realtor because I LOVE helping people, making connections, sharing laughs, and offering guidance to clients from all walks of life. Turning challenges into positives is what makes every day amazing.

I believe in lifting others—whether it’s with a great workout or helping someone find their dream home. Let’s turn obstacles into opportunities, and always keep it fun along the way!
