How long does it take to buy a home?

Get a home appraisal.
Ask for repairs or credit. Heather can connect you to the right people to get these jobs done if the seller is willing to give you credits.
Do a final walk-through. Making that final walk-through will ensure you got what you were promised and that the house is in the shape you expect at closing.
